Writing for Children Workshop
Adarna House, one of the leading publishers of children’s books here in the Philippines, is sponsoring or holding the 5th Barlaya Writing for Children Workshop. The workshop aims to enhance the craft and skills of writers who aspire to write for children.
Ten writing fellows will be chosen based on the quality of the applicants’ submitted stories. You must send 3 copies of one original, unpublished story to Adarna House at Room 102 JGS Building, 30 Scout Tuazon St. Quezon City. The story must be typewritten, double-spaced, and not more than 5 pages long. The submission must be accompanied by a one page backgrounder on the writer.
