Busy Streets

I got an e-mail from a friend of mine on How to Stay Married. It included a prayer which I found funny. It will probably appeal to numerous married women. Here it is:

Sending and receiving text messages is a great way to keep in touch with our friends and this is especially true among Pinoys! Over the past few weeks, moreso during the days leading into Holy Week and Easter, here are some of the messages I received.

Aside from inspiring e-mail, our friends can also send us inspiring text messages. It is uncanny how sometimes, our friends’ text messages arrive just at the right time, lifting us up when we feel down in the dumps.

Here’s something that I got in my e-mail box that serves as a good reminder for us all:
“Dear everyone,
Just want to share this poem written by Mother Theresa and is engraved
on the wall of her home for children in Calcutta.
. . . . . .
People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered;
Forgive them anyway.
